Child Safety Standards
Last updated September 7, 2026
Checkpointd has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any content, message, profile, or conduct on the platform. This applies to entry comments, community posts, group chats, and direct messages alike.
Age requirement
Checkpointd is not directed at children under 13, and account creation requires agreeing that you meet that minimum. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we become aware that we have, we remove it.
Reporting in the app
Every comment, community post, direct message, group message, and profile can be reported directly from where it appears, with a reason (including harassment or inappropriate content) and optional detail. Reports go to our moderation queue and aren't visible to the person reported. Users can also block anyone outright, which immediately cuts off messaging and hides their content.
What happens to reports
Reported content and accounts are reviewed by our moderation team. Anything that constitutes or facilitates CSAE is removed immediately, the account is banned, and where required by applicable law, we report it to the relevant authority (including NCMEC for reports connected to the United States, and local law enforcement elsewhere).
Reporting outside the app
If you can't use the in-app report flow, or need to escalate a child safety concern directly, contact us at Kaladaranchanthirakumar@gmail.com. This inbox is monitored and is our designated point of contact for CSAE prevention and compliance.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these standards change materially.
