Delete Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your Checkpointd account and all data tied to it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
Email Kaladaranchanthirakumar@gmail.com from the address on your account (or tell us your username) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm back and action the request. No form, no login required.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: email, username, display name, bio, avatar, and banner.
- Your game log: every entry, rating, review, playtime, and list.
- Your social data: follows, likes, comments, direct messages, and community/group posts.
- Linked platform handles (Steam, PSN, Xbox, Switch, Epic) and any cached Steam library data.
- Your push notification token.
Turnaround
We delete on request, typically within 30 days. Some content may briefly persist in backups until they naturally roll over, but is removed from the live product immediately.
Partial deletion
Only want specific content removed instead of your whole account, like a review, a comment, or a photo? Say so in the same email and we'll remove just that.
